Placing Your Order

You can place your order through our website or call us toll free at 877-988-2328 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time. Payment Methods

Beaucoup Ribbon accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We also accept cashiers checks, money orders and personal checks.

Shipping

As a way to thank our customers, we offer complimentary ground shipping on all orders over $150 shipped to anywhere in the continental United States. Our customers do have the option to upgrade the shipping method if desired to expedite the delivery time. All of our packages are shipped using UPS. For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, Beaucoup Ribbon is not responsible for any duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with the shipment.

Shipping Lead Time

All of our ribbon and paper products will usually ship in 3-5 business days. This lead time does not include shipping transit time. Please allot an additional 1-5 business days for shipping transit time, depending on your location. All products are shipped out of our warehouse in Mountain View, California.

Sales Tax

Our corporate office is located in the state of California. We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders which are shipped to destinations within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

We do not offer a print catalogue at this time. Please visit our website at www.beaucoupribbon.com for a complete selection of our products, with detailed product description and updated pricing information.

Returns and Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please note that ribbon, gift wrapping paper, personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, handmade sachets and samples are not returnable. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. For all Midori ribbon, paper and box products, changes and cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been processed.
